ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of HumCare's telephony and communication services.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree NOT to use our services to:
1. SPAM AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, calls, or communications
- Engage in any form of telemarketing without proper consent
- Transmit messages to recipients who have not opted in
2. ROBOCALLING AND AUTOMATED DIALING
- Make automated calls without prior express consent
- Use auto-dialers in violation of TCPA or applicable laws
- Circumvent call-blocking or filtering technologies
3. FRAUD AND DECEPTION
- Spoof caller ID with intent to defraud or cause harm
- Impersonate individuals, businesses, or government entities
- Conduct phishing, vishing, or social engineering attacks
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
4. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
- Violate any federal, state, or local laws
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
- Transmit illegal or harmful content
5. SYSTEM ABUSE
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
- Access accounts or data without authorization
ENFORCEMENT
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement.
COMPLIANCE
Users must comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
- CAN-SPAM Act
- State telemarketing and privacy laws
